Why gravel yards grow weeds
Wind-blown seed lands on top of decorative rock, monsoon rain wets it, organic dust collects between stones, and within a season a weed has rooted on top of (not under) your landscape fabric. Spraying alone kills the leaves but leaves the seed bank.
We physically remove the entire plant including the root crown, then rake the gravel back so the yard looks finished — not just dead.
Our gravel-yard process
Knock-down of standing weeds, hand-pull of established crowns from inside the gravel, rake the rock back smooth, bag and haul the debris, and a final driveway/walkway blow-off.
We work around drip irrigation, existing landscape lighting, and any natives you want to keep.
Recurring maintenance is cheaper than annual resets
Monthly visits at $150/mo keep the seed load low year over year and cost less than a single overgrown reset. Most homeowners switch after their second reset bill.
