Most of our overgrown-yard calls come from homeowners who were out of state for work, dealing with a medical situation, managing a property they inherited, or who just had a bad season and the weeds took over. Our crew shows up, scopes it, and gets to work. No lectures.
Even the worst-looking properties — yards where the weeds are taller than the fence, tumbleweed piles you can't see through, brush stacked against the house — can usually be reset in a single day or two of work.
How heavy cleanups are different
Heavy overgrowth jobs need more crew, more bags, and usually a trailer for haul-away. We bring power knockdown tools, hand-removal teams to pull root crowns from inside the gravel, and a debris plan worked out before we start so material moves off the property in an organized way — not piled in the driveway for a week.
We also check for hazards before starting: snakes that may be sheltering in the dry brush, irrigation lines hidden under the growth, and structural elements like AC units or gas meters that the growth has been crowding.
Pricing for heavy / overgrown cleanups
Heavy overgrowth typically runs $249–$399+. Severely neglected yards (knee-high or higher across most of the lot, or untouched for a year or more) run $400–$600+. Haul-away is almost always recommended on these jobs and is quoted with the cleanup.
