In the Rio Rancho and Albuquerque climate, a fresh cleanup starts degrading in about four to eight weeks during growing season. One monsoon storm is all it takes — the rain hits the seed bank sitting in your gravel and the yard fills back in within days.

Goatheads are the worst of it. They reseed fast, and every plant you miss is next year's problem multiplied. Pulling them young, on a schedule, is the only thing that actually breaks the cycle.

Then there's the HOA. Violation letters don't come once — they come every time the yard slips. Customers who reset three times a year end up paying more than a plan costs, and the yard looks bad for most of the weeks in between.

A plan flips that. The crew shows up before it gets out of hand, each visit is shorter and cheaper than a rescue, and the yard never has a bad month.

The plan rate isn't a discount we hand out for signing up — there's nothing to sign. It's lower because the work is genuinely different once a yard is being maintained.

A maintained yard takes a fraction of the labor of an overgrown rescue cleanup. Plan customers sit on a set route, so there's no separate trip and no separate setup. And there's far less debris per visit, which means fewer dump runs.

So the plan rate is simply what the work costs when the yard never gets out of control. That's also why we can keep it month-to-month: cancel anytime, no contracts, no lock-in. The price reflects the job, not a promise.
