Why monthly maintenance is cheaper than yearly resets
An overgrown-yard rescue is the most expensive way to own a yard. A recurring plan costs less across the growing season — and the yard never looks bad in between. The math just works.
Monthly visits also catch weed problems before they reproduce: most NM weeds drop a massive seed load if allowed to flower, which makes next year's cleanup harder. Removing them young breaks that cycle.
What a monthly visit includes
Walk-through of front, back, and side yards. Knockdown and removal of any weeds that have come up since last visit. Hand-pulling of established root crowns. Raking of gravel beds. Driveway / walkway blow-off. Bagged debris removal. Photo update if you're not home.
Plan frequency and pricing
Visits can be scheduled once a month or twice a month depending on how fast your yard fills back in. Twice a month suits growing season, monsoon regrowth, larger lots, and goathead control; once a month holds most yards at a clean baseline. Plan visits cost less than one-time visits because a maintained yard takes a fraction of the labor, and plans can be paused seasonally.
