Site visit or photo review. Quote range provided. Day-of: full perimeter walk to flag any hazards or dumped material, knockdown, removal, raking of any decorative surface, and complete haul-away. Before/after photos sent to you.
Pricing for vacant lots
Lot cleanups are quoted per job because size and dumped debris vary so much. Small residential lots can be in the $250–$500 range; larger lots and commercial parcels are quoted on-site or from photos.
