What 'full property' actually means
Most yard companies only quote the visible front yard. We quote the entire property — including back yard, side yards, fence-line strips, around AC units and gas meters, and around any sheds or outbuildings.
This matters because the worst weed problems usually live in the spots nobody walks past every day: the strip behind the shed, the gap between the fence and the wall, the side yard nobody uses.
Common situations for full-property work
Selling a home: needs to be photo-ready end to end. Estate cleanup: family member's property that hasn't been touched in a while. Move-in prep: new owners want a clean slate. Annual reset: the whole property gets reset once a year instead of dribs and drabs.
Full property pricing
Most full-property single-visit cleanups run $250–$600. Larger lots and severely overgrown properties run higher. Recurring property care plans are $250–$300/month for ongoing maintenance.
